The captain has to just add the item and order from his PDA device, instantly the KOT/BOT comes out at their respective departments. Likewise it reflects on the cash counter machines (server). We have every provision in the system. If customer wants cancellation then captain does it from his PDA only but if owner wants that this facility will be given to cashier only then it is there. You may add reasons on every cancellation so that it can be analyzed that why these cancellations happened and it can be done waiter wise. We have remarks facility also, because an order goes as customer wants. If customer says Paneer tikka with no dhaniya or Chicken Tikka but less spicy, here we have default remarks in the systems like hot, Jain, spicy, medium spicy etc. Also captain can write new remarks very easily so that order will go as per customers’ requirement.

We provide every member of the restaurant a different user id and password, so that owner will be able to see all the transactions but other employee will see as per the owners’ permission. Every role is already kept in it so you can give provisions to your employees as per your need. You don’t need to worry about any misuse.

There is complete one year warranty on the system. Inclusion of installation and training for the staff. Any kind of upgradation of software versions will be provided free of cost. It is a one time investment and we will provide free support on software if you add any kind of hardware afterwards.

CaptainPad comprises of both hardware and software. For Hardware following components are required:

• PC with Pentium IV with 1 GB RAM, Windows XP Home with minimum 40 GB HDD.
• Printers as per the number of printing stations required.
• Printer Driver Unit, we call it PDU, manufactured by Extreme Apps only in India.
• Wi-Fi units, as per the requirement of the premise.
• Waiters’ Screen, a digital micro-computer, manufactured by Extreme Apps only.
• PDA wireless touch pad handhelds as per no of captains going to use it.
